Annual HOA Meeting and Block Party!

Saturday, September 17th 24th 6:00-9:00 pm

The HOA will have a hot dog cart with dogs, drinks, and chips. All paper goods will be provided by the HOA. Residents are asked to please bring a side dish or dessert to share. Bounce house and other entertainment for the little ones! *ANNUAL MEETING: 7:00 PM* Anyone with chairs, tables, canopies etc. who would like to volunteer their use to email Melissa Ballas.

Baylor Hospital – Luby’s Cafeteria (North Side of Building)

Discussion will include:
- Annual meeting / block party planning
- Future HOA event planning
- Voting for board membership
- Committees – responsibilities & membership
- New signage at entrances to neighborhood
- Fencing needed in alley way to prevent trespassing
- City ordinances/HOA rules in regards to property upkeep

Prior to our meeting there will be an information session with Mike McKay, Engineer with the City of Carrollton regarding the sewer project along Cherokee Path. The session begins at 6:30 at the Hebron-Josey Library.
