On Tuesday, February 26, the Neighborhood Advisory Commission and City of Carrollton Community Services will host the 6th Annual Citizens’ Evening at City Hall event. This year’s presentation will be focused on a celebration of Carrollton’s centennial year with a look at the city’s glorious past and promising future. The goal of this event is to facilitate partnerships between the City and involved citizen groups to help foster vital neighborhoods.
